Enjoyed the family apartment. Was perfect for what we wanted to do. There was more than enough room I would recommend it to bigger groups or whaanau. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The motel is conveniently located, has its own private spa pool attached to the room. The room was very spacious for the price. Staff were friendly and we had a great stay.

The room and "spa" was extremely outdated. It has not been updated in years and there was a general smell to the "spa" area. I feel it was misrepresented in the advertisement of the facility

I was worried because I didnt read the reviews until after we booked a non refundable suite and the reviews were not good but it was cheap, we wanted a room that had a spa because we have three young children it's hard to take them out and have a relaxing time. This was why we booked here, and it was perfect. It's not a hot tub, just a very big bath with jets. So you need to refill it if you want it hot. It had all you need for a night away from home. The shower was hot (extremely hot), a really good suite mini fridge. Bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The heater was huge and heated the place fast

The appeal of the motel on the internet is what we loved the look of. Unfortunately in reality things were very dissapointing. Not even being able to use the private spa due to it draining constantly was definitely the greatest annoyance when that is why we booked the motel.
